For allegedly harassing a woman at a park, a Karnataka guy was thrashed and shown naked.

For allegedly misbehaving with a woman on the Maharaja Park in Hassan district of Karnataka, a man was mercilessly thrashed and displayed bare in a popular site visitors junction. 

The person who was thrashed has been identified as Meghraj from the state's Vijayapura district, according to the police. He works in the Hassan metropolis as a development employee.

Locals spotted Meghraj allegedly harassing a woman when he was strolling through the park. After then, he was assaulted by a group of people. Instead of giving him over to the cops, they assaulted and disrobed him, then displayed him naked near the Hemavathi monument circle, a popular tourist attraction. The cops who arrived on the scene took stock of the situation. 

Meghraj was apprehended right away. After investigating the event, Hassan city police filed a FIR against four unknown men for attacking him and stripping him naked.

In response to charges made by a group of people on the site, the claimed lady said she had no complaints about Meghraj. Nonetheless, he has filed a complaint with us after being mercilessly thrashed and paraded exposed in public. We have filed a FIR against four people under IPC sections 341 (wrongful restraint), 323 (voluntarily inflicting damage), 504 (intentional insult to breach peace), and 506 (prison intimidation)," Hassan police said.
