A human chain was formed at Transport Chowk, Sector 26 in Chandigarh today and a #BharatStandsWithModiJi signature campaign was launched in Sector 51, as part of the nationwide demonstrations against the willful negligence by the Congress ruled Punjab Government in protecting the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
State Program Coordinator Shakti Prakash Devshali, Raj Kishore, Ashwani Parashar, Councilor Jasman Singh, Satbir Singh Thakur, Rahul Gupta, Suresh, Ranjodh Jamwal, Neelam Shahi, Manju Tiwari, Preeti Verma, Sudarshan Joshi, Vaibhav Gupta, Kamal, Lalit Chauhan, Mukesh Chanalia, Paramjit Singh, Suresh etc. were mainly present among others.
On this occasion, the state coordinator of the program Shakti Prakash Devshali said that Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi led Punjab Government has deliberately neglected the security of Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi. After that the kind of casual attitude adopted by the Chief Minister and his government has resulted in the Supreme Court's intervention. People across the country have condemned this malicious lapse of the Congress government.
He said that many prominent citizens of the city have also expressed their anger by writing a letter to the Congress National President Smt. Sonia Gandhi with the slogan ‘Pradhamantri Ji Ki Suraksha – Hamari Sukraksha’.
