As part of the improvement plans and infrastructure upgradation in New Delhi , Northern Railway shall construct a new Foot over Bridge (FOB) between Qutub Road and Shraddhanand Marg for crossing New Delhi Yard at Ballimaran Delhi. Sanction for this work has been received at the total cost of Rs. 15.41 crore. Tender for execution of work shall be invited after following the process.
The construction of Foot over Bridge between Qutub Road and Shraddhanand Marg for crossing New Delhi Yard at Ballimaran Delhi will provide convenience and safely crossing the railway line avoiding to go through via New Delhi Railway Station or by Sadar Bazar. After construction of this FOB, local resident on both side of the railway line will easily go from one end to other end between Qutub Road and Ballimaran Delhi with a shorter route.
Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Hon'ble Member of Parliament was taking keen interest for sanctioning this work of the convenience of the public in New Delhi Parliamentary constituency.
