CBI ARRESTS TWO PRIVATE PERSONS IN AN ON-GOING INVESTIGATION OF A CASE RELATED TO NURSING OFFICER RECRUITMENT COMMON ENTRANCE TEST HELD ON 03.06.2023

The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested two private persons in an on-going investigation of a case related to Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Entrance Test ( NORCET-4)  held on 03.06.2023.

A case was registered on 09.06.2023 against a private person and others on complaint from AIIMS, New Delhi. The AIIMS, New Delhi had conducted NORCET-4 (Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Entrance Test) on 03.06.2023, at 300+ Centers all over India for recruitment of 3055 Nursing Officers for all AIIMS in India and some other Government Hospitals in Delhi. It was alleged that by evening of 05.06.2023, some tweets were being circulated on social media claiming therein leakage of question paper of NORCET-4 (held on 03.06.2023).  

Searches were conducted at 05 places including in Haryana, Chandigarh, Mohali & Delhi at the premises of the accused and also Examination Centre (at Mohali). During searches and investigation, the NVR (Network Video Recorder) containing CCTV footage, server laptops, CPUs of identified candidates, various mobile phones and dubious TFTs were recovered. 

    Both the arrested accused are being produced today before the Designated Court at Delhi.
