"Prime Minister Modi Launches INR 7,600 Crore Projects for Development in Raipur, Chhattisgarh"
Prime Minister Narendra Modi embarked on a momentous occasion as he laid the foundation stone, dedicated, and inaugurated ten ambitious projects valued at approximately INR 7,600 crore in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. Notably, these projects encompass the Raipur-Dhanbad and Raipur-Vishakhapatnam Economic Corridors, focusing on enhancing road and rail connectivity, as well as bolstering basic infrastructure.
During his address, the Prime Minister emphasized that these projects would pave the way for progress and convenience in the tribal areas of Chhattisgarh. He highlighted the integral relationship between modern infrastructure and social justice. The Indian government is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art amenities such as roadways, railways, and mobile connectivity to regions that have historically faced injustice and inconvenience. This transformative effort aims to rewrite the narrative of development in the once-called backward aspirational districts, which were plagued by violence and disorder. The benefits extend to the marginalized communities, including the poor, Dalits, backward classes, and tribal populations, as well as farmers and laborers.
