Targeting Structures and Shanties

The Haryana administration has carried out a demolition drive in Tauru, situated about 20 km from violence-hit Nuh, where several establishments and structures were razed down. The demolition drive was ordered by Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar to clear illegal constructions and encroachments.
Haryana Urban Development Authority conducted the demolition drive, which included clearing illegal encroachments near Nuh's SKM Government Medical College. The action aimed at removing structures and shanties that were unauthorizedly built in the area. The authorities cited these establishments' involvement in the recent riots as the reason for their demolition.

Pre-Planned Violence and Investigation
The clashes in Nuh erupted when a Vishva Hindu Parishad procession was attacked by mobs, resulting in six fatalities, including two home guards and a cleric. The Haryana Home Minister suggested that the violence was pre-planned, as bullets were fired from hillocks, and stones were collected on building rooftops. The police are currently investigating the matter, recording people's statements, and examining CCTV footage.

Crackdown on Cyber Crimes
Haryana authorities have expressed concerns about Nuh becoming a new hub for cyber crimes, drawing a parallel with Jamtara in Jharkhand, infamous for being India's cyber crime hub. The authorities hinted at initiating a crackdown on cyber crimes originating from the area.
