Additionally, he instructed them to provide free Wi-Fi services to the villagers within a 50-meter radius of the village secretariat. This move will enhance digital connectivity and bring internet access to rural areas.
To improve agricultural practices and weather forecasting, the government plans to link village panchayats with the agriculture department. This will involve installing CCTV and public address systems in every village, along with weather stations and rain gauge systems in each village panchayat. The collaboration between panchayats and the agriculture department will aid in accurate weather forecasts and better agricultural planning.
