Showcasing Punjab's tourism potential

Addressing the first Punjab Tourism Summit at Amity University in Mohali, Chief Minister Mann emphasized the rich tourism potential of the state. Punjab offers diverse tourism experiences, including religious, eco, and wellness tourism. The Golden Temple alone witnesses over 1 lakh visitors daily, highlighting the significance of religious tourism.

Beyond fields and villages

Mann stressed that Punjab is not just about farmlands; it boasts over 12,000 villages, each with a legacy of producing martyrs during pre and post-Independence times. These stories of sacrifice deserve recognition. The state is also actively developing eco-tourism, wellness centers, adventure tourism, heritage circuits, and farm tourism.
