The retail giant aims to help customers find their ideal makeup look in real-time, leveraging augmented reality and artificial intelligence tools to enhance the mobile app's performance. This move aligns with the ongoing trends in online shopping, where AR experiences are becoming increasingly popular.

Walmart's commitment to incorporating AR into its shopping experience doesn't stop at makeup try-ons. The company has also introduced features like "View in Your Home," allowing users to virtually decorate their living spaces with furniture before making a purchase.
