The eagerly awaited commercial operations of the 17-kilometer section of the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor began with excitement among passengers. Those who were part of the first journey received special acknowledgment as the 'First Rider' along with certificates.
