Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann proudly announced that the Department of Health and Family Welfare secured the first prize at the Global Health Supply Chain Summit held in Nairobi from November 14 to 16. The prestigious award was granted for their outstanding submission titled "Strengthening Last Mile Delivery of Drugs: A Case Study from Punjab."

Global recognition for Aam Aadmi Clinics:

Mann revealed that 85 countries participated in the conference, where submissions from four nations, including India, were selected for the final presentation. The accolade highlights Punjab's success story, particularly in the realm of Aam Aadmi Clinics, showcasing how the government expanded primary healthcare and enhanced the delivery of quality health services.

The state government's presentation captivated global attention, with Mann stating that participating countries expressed a keen interest in visiting Punjab.
