The four-day "All India conference for principals of Bhavan’s secondary and senior secondary schools" was inaugurated by UT Administrator Banwarilal Purohit. The event commenced with a soulful rendition of prayers and the Bhavan anthem by the school choir. Folk dances showcasing the cultural richness of Haryana and the lively Luddi from Punjab added vibrant cultural elements to the opening.
Chaired by RK Saboo, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Chandigarh Kendra chairman, the conference's theme, "Navigating change: Empowering educational visionaries for the future," was introduced by Senior Principal Vineeta Arora. Arora stressed the importance of translating perceptions into reality to help stakeholders navigate the dynamic landscape of education in the future.

Administrator Purohit emphasized the pivotal role of the National Education Policy, urging participants to dedicate their time to ongoing training. The conference kicked off with a session by retired Justice Shabihul Hasnain, exploring the theme "Rediscovering the power of dialogue." Later, Nikhil Saraf, an alumnus of VIT, MICA, and Stanford, led a session on "Data-driven growth and assessments: Reading, a case study." The conference focuses on empowering educational leaders and adapting to the evolving educational landscape.
