The altercation leading to the attack reportedly stemmed from an argument on November 24, where Mukul had clashed with Ankur and Sandeep due to some longstanding feud. After issuing threats, the assailants left the scene. However, the situation escalated on Wednesday when the duo, finding Mukul in a lane near his house, attacked him. Ankur held him back while Sandeep inflicted a fatal stab wound to the stomach before fleeing the scene.
With the incident now categorized as murder, the legal consequences for Ankur and Sandeep have intensified. The victim's initial report to the police detailed the prior threats, providing context to the tragic culmination of the longstanding dispute.
