Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, in a recent address on Good Governance Day in Panchkula, highlighted the government's commitment to transforming systems and emphasized the importance of discipline in good governance. Over the past nine years, efforts have been directed towards building trust among the people in government services.
During the event, CM Khattar launched an online transfer portal for Group-D employees, facilitating an easy and transparent process for transfers. The portal allows employees to apply for transfers and explore other positions within the Group-D common cadre.
The CM unveiled the Atamnirbhar portal, enabling citizens to access five essential documents, including ration card, caste/income certificate, senior citizen certificate, and very senior citizen certificate. The Jan Sahayak Mobile App now provides convenient access to farmer details, e-purchases, property details, marriage registration, and more.
CM Khattar addressed the government's robust efforts against corruption, citing initiatives such as Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), online transfers, educated Panchayats, e-ravana, and the abolition of the remand system.

Encouraging a commitment to good governance, CM Khattar urged individuals to take a pledge on Good Governance Day and strive to uphold it throughout the year.
The CM unveiled the calendar for 2024 and presented 12 Atal Bihari Vajpayee Good Governance Awards, including state-level flagship, state-level, and district-level awards, recognizing excellence in governance.
