As per the action plan prepared by the Transport Department for January 22, cleanliness will be ensured in all passenger vehicles and bus stations. Additionally, popular Ram Bhajans will be played on the public address systems in buses. The broadcasting will include renditions of devotional songs related to Lord Ram by various artists.
The action plan also includes training for bus drivers to ensure compliance with safe driving practices, traffic rules, proper conduct towards tourists, and adherence to a dress code. It emphasizes the prohibition of intoxication and tobacco use, ensuring cleanliness of vehicles, and preventing overcharging.
Interceptor vehicles will be deployed within a 200-kilometer radius of Ayodhya to assist tourists, addressing road safety issues such as overloading, drunken driving, and wrong-side driving. Help desks at toll plazas will further assist tourists traveling between Lucknow-Ayodhya, Gorakhpur-Ayodhya, and Sultanpur-Ayodhya.
The Transport Department aims to create a devotional atmosphere during travel and ensure a seamless experience for devotees attending the ceremony.
