In an announcement, State BJP President Rajeev Bindal highlighted that January 25 holds special significance for Himachal Pradesh as it marks the day the state attained statehood and is also observed as Constitution Day. On this auspicious day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to address the youth of Himachal Pradesh.
Rajeev Bindal emphasized the historical importance of January 25, noting that the state had achieved statehood on this day. He further revealed that Constitution Day is also observed, underscoring its double significance. To ensure widespread access, screens will be set up at 68 locations across all legislative assembly constituencies in the state for the Prime Minister's address.

With almost 26 lakh voters in Himachal aged between 18 and 40 years, and an additional one lakh first-time voters registered this year, Bindal urged the youth, particularly those aged 18 to 25, to tune in to the Prime Minister's address. He praised PM Modi as an inspiration for the youth, citing his transformative work for the country's development over the past nine and a half years.
