The pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani, youngest son of Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant have kicked off in Jamnagar, Gujarat, with a grand traditional ceremony. Celebrities from across the globe have descended upon the city to join in the celebrations.
A star-studded lineup of celebrities including Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, singer Rihanna, and Bollywood icons Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Deepika Padukone has already arrived in Jamnagar. Other notable figures expected to attend include filmmaker Ayan Mukerji, actor Arjun Kapoor, and Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray, among others. Invitations have also been extended to prominent international personalities and business leaders.
The celebrations commenced with a traditional 'anna seva' ceremony in Jogwad village near Reliance Township. Mukesh Ambani, Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant, and their families served traditional Gujarati food to approximately 51,000 local residents as part of this auspicious event. The 'anna seva' is a gesture of generosity and community service, symbolizing the couple's commitment to philanthropy and tradition. Radhika's maternal grandmother and her parents, Viren and Shaila Merchant, actively participated in the ceremony, emphasizing the unity and warmth of the occasion.
