The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) recently launched a new web portal equipped with a chatbot feature for real-time interaction with users. This initiative aims to enhance user experience and streamline communication channels.
Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, V Umashankar, highlighted the importance of Information Technology (IT) initiatives like these. He emphasized that such measures would not only ensure timely services but also expedite the realization of pending payments and reduce legal disputes caused by delays.

Umashankar, who also serves as the HSIIDC Chairman, noted the implementation of various IT initiatives to accelerate service delivery and streamline internal processes. As part of these efforts, the corporation has integrated its WhatsApp business account with the e-sewa portal. This integration allows for prompt notifications and communication delivery, including digitally signed RLAs, payment reminders, water bills, and other essential updates.
