Two Chinese surveillance vessels, Xiang Yang Hong 01 and Xiang Yang Hong 03, have been identified in the Indian Ocean Region, causing concern for Indian authorities. While these vessels are purportedly engaged in hydrography and survey missions, there are suspicions that their presence near India's eastern seaboard may involve monitoring missile tests and tracking Indian submarines. The Indian Navy is closely monitoring both ships, wary of potential security threats.
