Addressing a ceremony in Bhutan, Prime Minister Modi revealed India's commitment to supporting Bhutan's development goals. He emphasized strengthening bilateral ties and pledged assistance towards Bhutan's 13th five-year plan.
India and Bhutan inked agreements encompassing energy, digital connectivity, and space cooperation. These agreements aim to facilitate trade, enhance energy efficiency, and promote collaboration in various domains.

During the visit, Prime Minister Modi was honored with Bhutan's highest civilian award, the Order of Druk Gyalpo, by King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck. Modi expressed gratitude for the honor, highlighting the enduring friendship and cooperation between India and Bhutan.
Modi reiterated India's unwavering support for Bhutan's development aspirations and emphasized collaborative efforts in connectivity, infrastructure, trade, and energy sectors. Both leaders reaffirmed the strong bond shared by the two nations.
