Following the recent death of jailed gangster-turned-politician Mukhtar Ansari, there have been widespread calls for investigations into the circumstances surrounding his demise. Ansari's family, along with political leaders like Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and Bahujan Samaj Party supremo Mayawati, have demanded high-level inquiries into the matter. Additionally, Bhim Army founder and Aazad Samaj Party president Chandra Shekhar Aazad has urged for a CBI investigation.
