Neelam has a career in the Tamil and Telugu film industries spanning nine years. She made her debut with the Telugu film "Mr. 7" and later appeared in Tamil films like "Unnodu Oru Naal". Her last on-screen appearance was in the 2018 Telugu film "Tamasha".
