Rajiv Bindal, BJP's Himachal Pradesh chief, emphasized the party's commitment to fulfilling the promises outlined in its 2019 manifesto. Speaking to the media in Shimla, Bindal highlighted several accomplishments, including the scrapping of Article 370, granting 33% reservation to women under the Nari Shakti Act, and the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
Bindal pointed out various achievements during PM Modi's tenure, such as significant progress in construction, welfare initiatives for the poor, and providing free ration to 80 crore people. He also highlighted efforts to uplift 25 crore people out of poverty. Bindal stressed the importance of collecting feedback and suggestions from citizens, noting that over 15 lakh suggestions were received from across the country.

Looking ahead, Bindal outlined key initiatives for the future, including free healthcare for elderly citizens aged 70 years and above under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Additionally, the party aims to focus on good governance, welfare of the poor, and providing essential services like free ration, water, and gas connections. Bindal also mentioned the PM Suryaghar Yojana, which aims to provide zero electricity bills to eligible beneficiaries.
The BJP's agenda includes providing permanent houses for middle-class families, expanding health services, and implementing the National Education Policy to ensure high-quality education for every citizen. Bindal emphasized the party's commitment to creating job opportunities for the youth through various sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, and startups.
Under the "Nari Tu Narayani" scheme, the BJP plans to create three crore "lakhpati didis" (wealthy sisters) to empower women economically. Special attention will be given to women's health, including the treatment of cervical cancer. The party also aims to connect women self-help groups with the service sector to enhance their income.

Agricultural initiatives include the Seed to Market scheme to increase farmers' income, promotion of natural farming, and the development of agricultural infrastructure. Bindal highlighted plans to support fish farmers through initiatives such as cultivating sea weeds and pearls, providing insurance, and establishing fish processing units.
