Sports Certificate issue

A student faced an issue with the Chandigarh sports department, which refused to issue a certificate because the student completed Class 12 in a Mohali school. The department stated the certificate should come from Punjab, as the student studied there. When the Punjab sports department was approached, they redirected the request to their UT counterpart, stating the student was playing from their state.
