Actor Sohail Khan and his sister, Arpita Khan Sharma, visited the home of NCP leader Baba Siddique, who was tragically shot and killed on Friday. They were joined by BJP leader Shaina NC and singer Lulia Vantur to pay their respects. Baba Siddique was a prominent leader in Ajit Pawar's faction of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and had previously served as a minister in Maharashtra. He was shot near Nirmal Nagar in Bandra and later died from his injuries at Lilavati Hospital on Saturday night.
The Mumbai Crime Branch has opened a case related to Baba Siddique's murder at Nirmal Nagar Police Station. Two suspects have been arrested: Gurmail Singh from Haryana and Dharamraj Kashyap from Uttar Pradesh. The police have filed the case under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Arms Act, and the Maharashtra Police Act.

According to the police, six bullets were fired at Siddique, three of which hit him. A third suspect has been identified and is expected to be arrested soon. Before Sohail and Arpita's visit, their family members had already visited Baba Siddique’s family. Notably, Salman Khan canceled a shoot for Bigg Boss 18 to pay his last respects. He appeared emotional as he arrived at Siddique's residence, where a large crowd had gathered despite heavy security. Other family members, including Iulia Vantur and Alvira Khan, were also seen visiting the grieving family during this difficult time.
