The Haryana government has announced a major bureaucratic reshuffle, transferring and posting 47 Haryana Civil Services (HCS) officers. The move aims to optimize administrative efficiency across departments and regions. Below are some key details of the transfers and postings.
Jagdeep Dhanda has been assigned as the Additional Director (Administration) in the Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs department. Mahabir Parsad takes over as Additional Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation in Gurugram.
Other significant postings include Mahender Pal, who has been appointed as Special Secretary, Industries and Commerce, along with additional responsibilities as Additional Director, Mines and Geology, and Secretary of the Haryana State Commission for Scheduled Castes. Similarly, Virender Singh Sehrawat has been designated as Special Secretary of the Public Works (B&R) Department and Chief Executive Officer of the Shivalik Development Agency in Ambala.
Subhita Dhaka now holds the position of Additional Director (Administration) at PGIMS, Rohtak, while Ashwani Malik assumes the role of Additional Director (Administration) at the Medical College in Nalhar, Nuh. Shalini Chetal has been posted as Joint Commissioner at the Municipal Corporation in Hisar, with Reagan Kumar being entrusted with additional charge as Member Secretary of the Haryana Vimukt Ghumantu Jati Vikas Board.

Rajesh Kumar-I has been posted as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Zila Parishad in Jhajjar and CEO of DRDA, Jhajjar. Gauri Midha will now serve as Estate Officer for HSVP in Faridabad.
Other notable transfers include Virender Chaudhary, who will also take on the role of CEO, Zila Parishad, Kurukshetra. Nirmal Nagar has been appointed as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Kharkhauda, while Paramjeet Chahal has been posted as Estate Officer, HSVP, Kurukshetra.
Ashutosh Rajan assumes the role of General Manager at the Haryana Tourism Development Corporation, and Satyawan Singh Mann is now SDM in Jind. Ashwani Kumar takes on the role of SDM Israna, while Bharat Bhushan has been assigned as Joint CEO of the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority. Vijay Singh has been posted as Joint Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Collector, Excise.
In Gurugram, Jaiveer Yadav has been posted as Joint Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation, and Rakesh Saini as Estate Officer, HSVP, Gurugram-1. Inder Jeet has been assigned the role of Deputy Secretary in the Finance Department.
