The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to extend the deadline for its employees to declare their movable and immovable assets. The new deadline is February 15, 2025. Earlier, employees were required to submit their asset details on the Manav Sampada Portal by January 31, but many have not yet complied.
According to Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, a review on February 1 showed that out of 8,31,844 registered employees, only 5,93,873 (71%) had declared their assets. This means that nearly 30% of employees have still not submitted their details.

The government considers this a serious violation of rules. Employees who fail to declare their assets will be marked as indisciplined. The state will not consider them for promotions unless they comply with the asset declaration requirement.
In addition, the government has also extended the deadline for submitting the Annual Confidential Report (ACR) for Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ officers. The new deadline for ACR submission is now February 28, 2025.
The U.P. government has urged all employees to complete their submissions on time to avoid penalties and career setbacks.
