On Wednesday, Delhi reported 125 new cases of coronavirus disease (Covid-19), the greatest number of infections detected in a single day in the recent six months, surpassing the previous high of 134 cases on June 22.
 

The number of cases has surpassed 100 for the third time in a week, indicating a continuing increase in infections throughout the city.
 

On Tuesday, the city reported 102 cases with an inspiration rate of 0.20 percent, and 91 cases with a similar energy rate on Monday. The city reported 107 incidents on Sunday, with an energy rate of 0.17 percent.


On Saturday, 86 cases were reported, compared to 69 on Friday, with an energy rate of 0.13 percent and 0.12 percent, respectively.
 

According to a PTI report, the Union Health Ministry said on Tuesday that 200 hundred cases of Covid's Omicron variant have been identified in India throughout the years, with 77 individuals recovering or being moved.
