On January 12, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that the Delhi government would begin offering online yoga and meditation lessons to COVID-19 patients in home isolation.

Each Covid patient will receive a link to enroll in yoga courses as part of the project. He stated that beginning Wednesday, certified instructors will lead hour-long seminars in the morning and evening.

There will be 15 patients in each class. Participants have the opportunity to interact with their instructor.

The Delhi government has made provisions to conduct online yoga classes for up to 40,000 patients in home isolation, Kejriwal said, stressing that yoga can help strengthen immunity.

Delhi Chief Minister said in a conference, "Special yoga and pranayam classes to be brought in by the Delhi govt for COVID positive patients in home isolation. Yoga boosts immunity. We will send them a link today and classes to begin from tomorrow in different batches".

On Tuesday, the link for online yoga classes will be unlocked. As a result, patients continue to enroll and register at delhi.gov.in. There will be a trainer and 15 patients in the yoga classes.
