During the Christmas season, many countries have enacted tight regulations. After Corona cases reached record proportions, many flights were also cancelled. These flights are being cancelled at a time when people all across the world are travelling for Christmas vacations. This Christmas week, around 11,500 flights have been cancelled all over the world. From December 24 until today, numerous flights have been cancelled. The cancellation of flights has left many dissatisfied.

According to travel tracker Flight Aware, the impact was seen worldwide, with over 3,000 flights cancelled on Monday and 1,100 more on Tuesday. Thousands of planes have been cancelled or delayed at the same time. Many airlines have stated that their personnel are unable to travel owing to Omicron coronavirus outbreaks.
