Haryana Government shuffles placement of 18 IAS Officers in Administrative reshuffle

In a recent move by the Haryana government, 18 IAS officers underwent a significant reshuffling, bringing about key changes in various administrative roles.

Amit Kumar Agrawal, previously serving as Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar's additional principal secretary, now takes on an additional role as the Managing Director of Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam. This dual responsibility showcases the government's trust in his capabilities.

Ashima Brar appointed as Additional Principal Secretary

Director General of School Education, Ashima Brar, steps into the role of additional principal secretary to the chief minister, succeeding KM Pandurang. Ashima Brar also assumes the charge of Director General for Social Justice, Empowerment, and the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes.

Notable transfers and additional charges

Several other officers witnessed changes in their responsibilities, including the appointment of Mandeep Brar, State Director of Mines and Geology, taking on the additional charge of Director of Information and Public Relations. Meanwhile, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority CEO PC Meena transitions to the role of Managing Director at Dakshin Haryana Bijl Vitran Nigam in Hisar.
