Aman Arora Assumes Charge As Printing And Stationary Minister
Asks dept officials to revamp printing facility by adopting latest technologies & ramping up digital infrastructure to keep pace with changing times
Chandigarh, January 13: Punjab Information and Public Relations, New & Renewable Energy and Housing & Urban Development Minister Mr. Aman Arora on Friday assumed the charge of one more department as Minister of Printing and Stationery. Notably, this department was allocated to Mr. Aman Arora in the recent reshuffle of departments in Punjab Cabinet.
After assuming the charge, Mr. Aman Arora reviewed the functioning of the Printing and Stationery department with Principal Secretary Mr. VK Meena, Controller Mr. Puneet Goel and other officials of the department.
Emphasizing the need to revamp the printing facility by adopting the latest technologies and ramping up digital infrastructure to keep pace with changing times, Mr Aman Arora asked the department officials to ensure that all printing stationery works of the state government should be executed by the department itself.
Expressing his gratitude towards the Punjab Chief Minister S Bhagwant Singh Mann for assigning him this new responsibility, he assured that he would discharge his duty with utmost honesty and dedication to ensure time-bound services to people in transparent manner.
