The Unaided Private School Association (UPSA), which represents all private schools in Uttar Pradesh, expressed its appreciation for the court's decision to grant bail to the principal and teacher. Anil Agarwal, the president of UPSA, conveyed the organization's respect for the judiciary and its faith in the legal process.

Moreover, private school associations extended their gratitude to the state government for establishing a committee with a crucial mandate. In response to the distressing demise of a student in the Azamgarh school, a seven-member committee has been assembled to address cases of harassment and suicides within school settings. This committee, led by Mahendra Dev, the director of basic and secondary education, is tasked with developing strategies to mitigate such occurrences. Additionally, Vijay Kiran Anand, the Director General of School Education, confirmed that the panel has been entrusted with the responsibility of formulating an SOP to effectively address such sensitive cases.
