Choubey prioritizes consumer interests in Haryana

Haryana Union Minister Ashwini Choubey's commitment to safeguarding consumer interests

In a joint effort, Union Minister of State for Consumer Affairs Ashwini Choubey and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat inaugurated a program commemorating the 50th anniversary of the All India Grahak Panchayat. The event took place at the Seva Sadhna Vikas Kendra in Samalkha, Panipat.

During the program, Union Minister Ashwini Choubey emphasized the government's dedication to safeguarding consumer interests. He mentioned that the government is actively taking steps to shield consumers from false propaganda and misleading advertisements.

Ashwini Choubey also highlighted an ongoing government initiative aimed at providing various products directly to consumers' doorsteps, sourced directly from farmers. If this initiative proves successful, it may be expanded nationwide. The focus, he stressed, is on delivering high-quality products without harming the environment.

Mohan Bhagwat's perspective

RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat commended the All India Grahak Panchayat for its unique role in addressing consumer grievances. He emphasized the importance of organizations like it, which work tirelessly to address the concerns of consumers. Bhagwat suggested that such organizations should regularly evaluate and enhance their efforts.

Program participation
