Emotional tribute from Sidhu Moosewala's Mother on his death anniversary

Sidhu Moosewala's Mother Charan pays emotional tribute on his second Death Anniversary: ‘I cannot see you, but I can feel you'

On the second anniversary of singer Sidhu Moosewala's death, his mother, Charan Kaur, shared an emotional note on Instagram. Sidhu Moosewala was tragically shot dead on May 29, 2022, in Jawaharke village, Punjab. Charan posted a photo of herself with Sidhu, expressing her deep sorrow and how life has felt dark since his passing.

In her heartfelt message, Charan wrote, “Dear son, 730 days, 17,532 hours, 1,051,902 minutes, and 63,115,200 seconds have passed since you left our home. My prayers' fruit was taken away by our enemies, leading to a darkness even hope cannot pierce. But son, Guru Maharaj knew your dreams, so I am blessed with a son. Your father, brother, and I will always keep your presence alive. I cannot see you, but I feel you every day. Today is very hard.” The post included crying emojis.

Family's tribute and community support

Sidhu Moosewala's family organized a simple event in Mansa, Punjab, to honor him on his second death anniversary. His father, Balkaur Singh, mentioned that due to the extreme heatwave and ongoing elections, they kept the event low-key and asked people not to gather in large numbers. "There will be a very simple program because of the elections and high temperatures. Only the village people and family will attend. Public has been told not to come. Only religious rituals will be performed,” Singh told news agency ANI.
