Following a drop in Covid cases, Punjab removes all Covid-related restrictions

The Punjab has decided to remove all COVID-19 related curbs as the cases of coronavirus are considerably dropped in the state.

The order issued on Tuesday by Anurag Verma, Principal Secretary of the Department of Home Affairs and Justice Punjab, read, "All COVID-19 related instructions issued previously are removed with immediate effect."

"The residents are also asked to Covid appropriate behavior", the order further stated.

Punjab's COVID-19 positivity rate stands at 0.37 per cent, as per the media bulletin of the state government.
