CM Saini: Farmers should target Cong states for MSP protests

Haryana CM Saini urges Farmers to protest in Congress-ruled states for MSP

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini recently suggested that farmers, who are planning a march to Delhi on December 6, should stage protests in Congress-ruled states instead. He emphasized that these states, rather than Haryana or the central government, are failing to ensure the minimum support price (MSP) for crops. Saini stated that Haryana's government remains committed to providing farmers with assured crop prices.

Speaking during his visit to Ladwa, his assembly constituency, Saini highlighted his administration’s efforts over the last decade. He said that the opposition, particularly the Congress, has been spreading misinformation about MSP. According to Saini, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government has consistently raised MSP rates and added more crops under its coverage.
