IIT Roorkee and Imarticus Learning Join Forces to Offer HR Management & Analytics Certification

IIT Roorkee's Continuing Education Centre (CEC) has partnered with Imarticus Learning to introduce a certificate program in HR Management & Analytics. The program aims to revolutionize HR management practices by leveraging data-driven decision-making techniques. The primary focus of the program is to optimize HR processes and enhance organizational performance.

The duration of the program is 6 months, offering 100 hours of live training encompassing theoretical concepts and hands-on practice. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in weekend live sessions with esteemed faculties from IIT Roorkee, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.

CURRICULUM OF THE PROGRAM

The curriculum of the program includes the use of three or more tools, enabling students to gain proficiency in essential statistical tools like Excel, as well as advanced machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis. Participants will work on eight or more real-world case studies, allowing them to apply their knowledge in practical scenarios. The program combines HR management practices with data-driven decision-making, focusing on gathering insights from HR data to drive informed decision-making and improve organizational performance.
