India's External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar, has strongly rejected China's repeated claims over Arunachal Pradesh, labeling them as "ludicrous." He emphasized that Arunachal Pradesh is an integral part of India, countering China's assertions.
India's firm stance
Jaishankar's remarks come amid ongoing tensions between India and China over the territorial dispute. China has been claiming Arunachal Pradesh as South Tibet and objecting to Indian leaders' visits to the region. However, India has maintained a consistent stance, asserting Arunachal Pradesh's status as an integral part of the country.

China's reaction
In response to India's stance, China's defence ministry spokesperson urged India to cease actions that may complicate the boundary question and emphasized the need for peace and stability in the border areas. However, India remains firm in its position, rejecting China's claims and asserting its sovereignty over Arunachal Pradesh.
