
Sonia Gandhi asks party chiefs of five states to resign after poor show of party in the assembly polls
After a poor show of the Congress party in the assembly polls of five states, the Congress President Sonia Gandhi asks the party chiefs of five states to give up their resignation from the position.
The party chiefs that are asked to resign are Navjot Singh Sidhu Punjab Congress Chief, Ganesh Godiya Uttarakhand Congress Chief, Ajay Kumar Lallu UP Congress Chief, Girish Chodankar Goa Congress Chief.
Congress leader Randeep Surjewala shared this development through his twitter handle.
Congress President, Smt. Sonia Gandhi has asked the PCC Presidents of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa & Manipur to put in their resignations in order to facilitate reorganisation of PCC’s.
