England batters failed yet again

"Stuff Of Dreams," says Cummins following AUS Ashes victory

Australia thrashed England 4-0 to regain the Ashes. The Pat Cummins-led team dominated the series, with England having few good moments. Meanwhile, they looked impressive in the fifth and final Test in Hobart, putting the Australians on the back foot to some extent. England batsmen failed once more, and they were defeated by 146 runs in the final Test. England had an opportunity to end the disappointing series on a positive note in Hobart, where they required 271 runs to win the Day-Night match. The Three Lions appeared to be on track at 60/0. The rest of the batting order, on the other hand, failed to put up any form of fight.

After winning the Ashes 4-0, Australia captain Pat Cummins stated on Sunday that winning the series so convincingly is the “stuff of fantasies.” Australia trounced England by 146 runs in the fifth Ashes Test at the Blundstone Arena on Sunday, with Cameron Green and Scott Boland each taking three wickets in the second innings. “It’s the stuff of nightmares. It’s quite insane. I’m incredibly pleased to be at the end of a 5-match series with so many positives and 4-0. As a captain, I am really content. In this series, we’ve employed about 15 players, and we’ve had to make some painful decisions. It certainly appears that we are on to something significant “Cummins commented after the fifth Ashes Test was completed.

With this victory, Australia secured a 4-0 victory in the five-match Ashes series. In the second innings, Australian skipper Pat Cummins claimed three wickets as the hosts completed a perfect bowling effort.
