Criticism of opposition

Barala criticized the INDIA bloc, predicting that the alliance would fall apart after the June 4 results. He claimed that opposition parties would start blaming each other following their defeat in the parliamentary polls.

On the other hand, former chief minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda addressed the media in Jind. He said that the Congress will recognize the results on June 4 and hoped that the party would perform better than predicted by the exit polls. Hooda expressed confidence in the support of the people, who he said voted against issues like hate, unemployment, farmers’ distress, crime, drug addiction, inflation, and poor law and order. He believes that the people will oust the BJP from Haryana in the assembly polls.
