Answers 

1) Maldives - India has signed a USD 50 million line of credit (LoC) agreement with the Maldives to facilitate maritime capability building of the island nations.

The agreement was signed between the Government of Maldives and EXIM Bank India, during the visit of External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to the Maldives. 

2) Japan - The Union Cabinet approved the Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) signed between the Jal Shakti Ministry of India and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan.

3) 2018 - The system of E Way Bill was introduced in India under the GST regime on 01.04.2018. It was launched by the National Informatics Centre (NIC).

4) Italy - Italian Space Agency, the Italian Ministry of Defense and the Italian Ministry of Education, Universities and Scientific Research funded the Cosmo-SkyMed Second Generation FM2 (CSG-2) satellite.
