1) Maharashtra - The State Government of Maharashtra has recently approved a 'caravan tourism' policy. Hence, Option 4 is correct. This aims to promote tourism in the state and incentivize travel operators. 

2) Delhi - The Delhi cabinet approved ex-gratia relief of Rs 20,000 per acre to farmers whose lands were damaged by rains last year. 

3) ASEAN - India and ASEAN nations have approved a work plan titled India-ASEAN Digital Work Plan 2022.
