US promises ATACMS missiles

US President Joe Biden has reportedly informed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy of Washington's commitment to provide Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) to Ukraine, according to NBC News, citing multiple US officials. The move aims to support Ukraine in disrupting Russian-controlled supply lines, air bases, and rail networks in occupied territories.

During President Zelenskiy's recent visit to Washington for talks with President Biden, the White House did not publicly disclose the decision regarding ATACMS missiles. Instead, they announced a new $325 million military aid package for Ukraine. Both the White House and the Pentagon have refrained from commenting on the NBC report.
